SPACE REQUIREMENT:

∗ Our franchisee is required to get a minimum of 900-2000 Sq.ft carpet area in a residential location in the city. An independent villa (On the ground floor preferably) with a separate boundary wall along with an outdoor play area.

* We enjoy external economies as we benefit from the presence of multiple preschools with more than 80-100 childrens in each preschool.

∗ Should be located in a residential area with good population density.

∗ We render special assistance in identifying the right locations.

∗ The presence of preschools around will be an advantage to Childrens Play School as we are a NO ROYALTY model and the fee is decided by Franchise.

 INVESTMENT:

∗ Rural / Semi Urban India: Rs 1.99 lacs (Including Full Material, Franchise and GST)

∗ Metro / Urban India: Rs 4.99 lacs (Including Full Material, Franchise and GST)

∗ Though Most of the states don’t have rules for Upper Kindergarten schools, we would like our franchise to have required government permissions open a franchise.
