The goal set for our play school’s Nursery program is based on enquiry, hands-on teaching and individualised instructions. We aim to teach them how to interact with one another using play – way methods. We crave to develop imaginative skills in all the activities the childrens are exposed to. One of such at CPS Bharat schools is the imaginary “City of Alphabet” where letters talk and interact with one another. Kids at this stage learn the sounds made by letters to form words. Stories are told about the interaction of letters to form simple words. Activities at this stage include identification of numbers and letters, correct usage of action words and vocabulary development among others.
